Steamboat Willy

Whew! The latest news from the Drudge Report comes as quite a surprise.

Apparently, during an interview with David Dimbleby on BBC television, Bill Clinton blew his stack when asked if he was truly penitent over the whole Lewinski affair. And it wasn't just a short stint of rage, either:

One BBC executive who has seen the interview, which took place in a New York hotel last Wednesday, said: "He [was] visibly angry with Dimbleby's line of questioning and some of that anger [got] directed at Dimbleby himself. As outbursts go, it [wasn't] just some flash that [was] over in an instant. It [was] something substantial and sustained.
They're still planning on airing it, of course. Heck, I'm surprised they didn't rent out a theater. Its not everyday that people get to see one of the most famous perjurers in history finally display an emotion besides TV-inspired remorse.
